This page includes supporting materials and links for the Accessible Online Forms workshop. Alternative formats for documents are included to allow flexibility. You can use this page in two ways:

Run or remix this workshop.
Use the materials as the basis for your own design brief, for example as a portfolio project.

Workshop format: 5 people upto 40 people (8 tables). Try to have a mix of UXers, user researchers and developers. If you do not have developers you can tone down the coding a bit, but it is still important to make that connection between design and code.
